We provide professional development programmes for organisations across the world. All our courses are designed, developed and delivered by staff with experience of executive education within the world's top 50 Universities. Our specialist areas are: Knowledge Management; Leadership; Business Agility; Decision-Making Skills; Strategy; and Human Resource Development.
Our courses utilise live simulation environments (in partnership with Crag Scotland Ltd.), online & on-demand e-learning suites and/or face-to-face action learning events.
Delivered in 11 countries, from Colombia to Scotland to Singapore, our programmes have been used by organisations such as Scottish Water, as a 12-month development programme for their Organisational Development Team, through to one to five day events for organisations such as Visa Europe, BP, Fife Police, Indiana CPA Society, E.ON, European Institute for Innovation and Technology, Ubisoft and The Atomic Weapons Establishment.
Online Learning and Development
Our award winning online learning and development projects utilise the Curatr Virtual Learning Environment platform. Our experience with and understanding of adult learning needs using Computer Based Instruction has helped us develop a learning approach that encourages people to "learn to learn."
