Clarity Cube: an innovative, powerful decision-making and learning tool
"Clarity comes in a cube"
Good decision-making is the key to your success, as well as an opportunity for organisational learning, resilience or sustainability. The Clarity Cube© was created to address challenges faced by organisations operating in ambiguous, complex environments - where people needed to be empowered to make decisions at a micro level that align with organisational objectives.
We designed, developed, tested and deployed the "Clarity Cube©,'" to be a highly practical tool underpinned by credible, peer-reviewed research.
It's all about empowering people to make decisions and encouraging safe-to-fail practice. With the Clarity Cube© it's as easy as, 1-2-3!
-
Ask the Clarity Cube© a question.
-
The Clarity Cube© presents six gates through which a person has to pass before making a decision.
-
Failure at any gate means that it is not safe to proceed. If the user passes the six gates it is safe to proceed with the decision.
What started off as a tool to enable distributed decision-making/learning in medium to large sized organisations has now evolved into a decision support tool for anyone interested in making better decisions, regardless of the situation, from sole traders to Multi National Corporations.
